The worst banking establishment with which I have been associated. Modified my account number and supposedly notified me by mail. Not notified me of the new account number, notified me that it changed. Can you imagine writing a check using your original account number and then it changes? Fortunately, I found out when trying to do an electronic transfer into the account, which was rejected. Well it's was ok ,,only took to long,never had been to long in a bank just to open a account.
I was in on a Friday at the location on Huebner and had the MOST difficult time. All I asked for was an updated debit card as my card was expiring. First of all i was greeted in the most unfriendly way. And furthermore was told I couldn't do it. I've banked with Firstmark over 8 yrs and never have I been treated this way. Roxanne, supervisor was absolutely unprofessional. I will be taking my investments elsewhere. I called customer service and was able to get a new card after all in the branch. At first I attempted to open a CD account online. Filling out info, one question ask my duration of retirement. I provided that information. At the end of the process where one can review your application, instead of saying “duration of retirement” it says “duration of employment”. That is two VERY DIFFRENT periods, retirement vs employment. Due to this glitch, I had to call into the FMCU service center and have a customer service representative complete the application.
