Totally excessive times waiting for a call center rep. HIRE MORE PEOPLE. Hung up after waiting for 17 mnutes. Left a call back number. Still waiting !!
My own bank never helps me out the way other banks are willing to
Every time I call card services I get transferred 3 times where I have to give my acct number all 3 times. Im on hold for ten minutes and after 15 damn minutes I'm told their system is down and can't help me! I'm closing this damn account and moving to Security Service!
I've been with firstmark before it was changed from teacher c.u. I was 15yrs old when I got married 1985 and added my spouse then you all changed my account to a duel account my spouse somehow became the person in charge of the account . Thxs for being a family bank by helping us
Loss for words. Saying your concerned about the customer. “NOT”. Do what is right!!! Jessica if you can open an account in 10 minutes & do I right ... demonstrate. If you truly cared about the member those words would of never come out of your mouth.
The Drive Thru service is closed on Saturdays. I can't imagine why closing on Saturdays can be due to Covid 19? Drive Thru services should be open on Saturdays especially since lobbies are closed on Saturdays. This is a disservice to your clients.
