I had an issue with bank not properly stamping a check, when I took it to the Mission Branch teller #1517 was so helpful. She reached out to the bank and promptly resolved the issue. This is the only place I’ve ever done my banking and the service provided by this teller is one of the many reasons why I will never leave.

We inquired about a personal loan on Friday morning by that evening we applied, qualified, and by the next morning the monies were in our account. We thought it would take days. Thanks to Wendy at the Loan department for her help throughout the process. She took her time to answer many questions we had and assisted us step by step through the application process.

Financial Manager was outstanding and made me feel as a valuable customer.. it was an emergency reason I needed a loan, and I think he could see that and went above beyond. I have only used First mark since my daughter became a teacher (20 years this year). He tried to get me what I asked for, but they came back $500 less, but took the time to work other options which I’m talking over with my daughters. Crystal is awesome! I use to have her as my rep at another branch, and I am so glad to see she is now at the branch I use the most. Colin was very nice and professional.
