Everything was good. Evelyn did a great job in explaining and setting up the 12 Month Flex CD to me!! She was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. The lady that I talked to first about the Flex CD, did a fantastic job, too!! Great job, everyone, and thank you!

Very painless. Very helpful in completing the changes i needed. I would recommend bringing back the customer sign that you had before. Standing in line is a waste of time. Taking the space of those getting to the window for money transactions.
