Diane Bacon is just great. Patiently listened to my life story-sorry Diane. LOL. She set up my loan payment for auto pay, linked my daughter’s info to the account, and set up a joint checking account for us. My daughter is in Minnesota so Diane facilitated all electronic transactions to complete the accounts. Everything was done when I left that afternoon. Very happy and impressed with Firstmark CU.

I had a 9:30 a,m appointment with Alice Pereles. However, a wall-in family occupied her time from before 9:25 am (when I arrived until around 10:30 am. I was about ready to leave when the branch mamager pulled me into his office and set up two new CD's. I don't know why I bothered to set up the appointment if walk-in's go ahead of those with appintments.
I would like to say that the assistance we received was excellent and we didn’t feel rushed. I would recommend Your financial service to anyone needing help. Alice Perales assisted yesterday and then we were assisted by Destiny today. They were both great.
