Ms. Alice Perales provided some of the best customer service I've encountered in the last few years. She went above and beyond and helped me consolidate all my debt to have one payment a month and in the process save $80.00 a month.
On 12-05-22 my wife and I went into our FMCU office to handle a financial transaction. We were greeted by Alice Perales, a Sr. member Service Specialist for assistance. She was very cordial and a very knowledgeable individual that made our transaction less stressful. She answered all of our questions and concerns and completed the transaction in a short amount of time. After a miscommunication regarding an auto loan, Ariana Valdez worked on my behalf to get everything taken care of for me. Rick Rodriguez was also a big help in this process. Both of these team members were of tremendous help and assistance; they both truly embody customer service and are what I love about Firstmark!
