Frstmark employees always provide excellent service with a smile. I appreciate their quick responses to my emails, and replacement of funds into our bank account after fraudulent transactions. This credit union has taken very good care of us throughout the years.
Gladis is one spectacular teller!!! Can state enough how quickly and efficiently she helped me with a replacement debit card when I was trying to get out of town! FMCU headquarters you rock!
I was moving from out of town. The online application allowed me to take care of most of my banking needs before getting into town which saved me lots of time! Also as a teacher, I’m happy to be banking with a credit union started by educators!
Excellent customer service. Marisol and Wendy were fantastic and accommodating and very helpful. I had a stressful banking issue and they were so kind and helped me work through it.
