I had a 2:00 appointment yesterday afternoon. Even though there were only one or two other customers in the lobby, I wasn’t called in until 2:25. I have been a customer there for years, and had decided to add a checking account. That took at least 30 minutes! Other than that, the young woman who helped me was courteous and professional. I’m just not sure why everything took so long, particularly since I had a lot of money in savings already and was just trying to transfer it into a checking account.

I have been a member for a long time and I have always received excellent customer service from the organization and the Bitters and Mission branches. I feel valued as a member and have received wonderful service. The employees are always professional, courteous, and very pleasant to deal with. Firstmark has been absolutely wonderful and a breath of fresh air to deal with. I absolutely recommend them to everyone.

The Firstmark Rep who assisted at the First Mark on se military drive SA Went above and beyond to help us in what we needed to accomplish. She also helped in the need of having to make changes for getting on line and ph number changes. She is definitely an asset to your credit union. The frontline individuals are essential. Personalities make a big difference in your TEAM!! We visited on Jan 5 2020. 12:00 noon appt. I would select the opportunity to only visit with her at any other visit to this FIrst Mark.
