Completely dissatisfied with the customer service. The lack of efforts to take full accountability for faults on their behalf has created a horrible experience. Be careful with the products that are forced upon you. The call center and sales reps lack to proper training for marketing, be careful not to get enticed and then given the run around when profit has been made already. It is not a for the people bank.
