Darren came to save the day when I was experiencing what felt like a crisis! I had a newborn baby in an apartment that was infested with mold. When we contacted Darren, he quickly came to inspect and gave us so much useful information. We had severe black mold in the bathroom and bedroom wall that was wet and decayed. I have known Darren for 6 years now, and I wouldn't trust anyone else with any of my household issues. A few months back (April 2017), I moved into a new apartment and wanted to replace a toilet that as leaking. When Darren removed the old toilet, he showed me that the leak had caused some water damage to the floor, and mold on the wall behind the tank. I totally needed help with my respiratory health issues... this guy came right away and answered all my questions. Showed me the results and explained the issues, symptoms and helped my literally get me and my family back to health. He fixed the damage, left it clean and beautiful. I feel so much better I only wish I found him sooner! I highly recommend Darren and his crew. Thank you Thank you Thank you!

Made an appointment for someone to come look at our water damage - no one ever showed up. Called and left a message an hour after the appointment time had come and gone - no one called back. Waited several more hours before calling again and got the same person I made the appointment with - they said they didn't know why I wasn't on the calendar and that the earliest they could come out was a week later. A week. No idea if they do good work or not, couldn't even get out the gate. At least they apologized.

We had a water leak issue, which caused mold in our house. After the stressful emergency of taking out the flooring and all affected materials, we were happy to have found him on yelp and called him to schedule an inspection. 1) The first week, he texted the day before the scheduled inspection and canceled due to a work conflict, which we understood. 2) We scheduled another appointment the following week, but he did not show on the day of the appointment. If I could give more than five stars, I would. I wish I could give all my Elite stars to Darren and his crew! So before reading the rest of my long review, just call. Then come back, read the rest. I promise you, you'll be thankful. Cherry on top? It's family owned company. I'm all about supporting family owned!
