I checked my dog in healthy and checked her out with a limp. I had paid for. special care and it's not cheap. I called and asked what had happened, the manager told me I should leave my dog at home if I wanted special care. I told her she charged me for this one on one service, instead of apologizing she got into a defensive mode. I wrote to the owner jake, but had no reply from him. So you want ok to so so service for your loved dog, then they are for you.
Wouldn't recommend, charge you extra just for your dog to play outside while your already paying a hefty boarding fee.
