I made a reservation for my dogs for the xmas holiday a month in advance via their website. I explained in my email I wouldn't be available via phone if they called as I had a busy holiday schedule but asked that they confirm my reservation and explained I could send over any vet records they needed. They insisted to talk to me on the phone and I called 3 times and left messages explaining that I would be hard to get on the phone right now. We are only able to to process reservations requests on our website--not complete reservations. Our website clearly states that reservation requests are not confirmed until we speak with the client.
