It's been about six years since I brought my dog in and she has never been the same since. She is deathly afraid of high pitch sounds, especially whistles. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and thought after some time she would get better. She still has panic attacks when a whistle from a sports game or movie is playing on TV. So disappointed. We have brought our dog here multiple times since he was a puppy. In the beginning we were comfortable dropping him off and leaving him for a couple days. Our dog actually appeared happy to be here. Then we started to notice little things. Like rashes, bite marks or tears in his ears. He would be hoarse and listless and appears overall depressed. Don't take your cats there. I didn't check it out first and was only going by their pictures. Well they put the cat in a cage that wasn't tall enough for my cat to barely stand Nothing to climb on or play with The pictures they show is a play area only which costs extra and is only 10mins Won't be back with my pets
This company does not accept "pit mixes" due to "insurance reasons." This is false and just an excuse for their own ignorance. This is very upsetting in a community full of pit mixes. I will take my business elsewhere to a business that is honest, professional and has integrity.

I am upset I have to put this review here. I had really enjoyed using this dog kennel. The staff here are the best part, absolutely wonderful and very friendly. The girls that helped me were awesome and returned calls immediately. The facility was clean and had many returning customers. My dog stayed for 10 days while I was out of the country. After recommendations from a frequent customer we were looking to get our dog to stay there for 2 nights while we would be out of town. I submitted the request online and heard nothing so I called in. They looked up my request and said that due to insurance they couldn't accept "her breed". The website says nothing about breed restrictions. Our pitbull is the most snuggle friendly relaxed and sweetest dog there is. No return phone call from the manager after I said my fur baby is a pit bull mix. The website states nothing of breed exclusion. The training section says "We'll design a program to meet the specific needs of you and your dog, regardless of his issues, age or breed". I am not looking for training, just safe care during the day. A fun place to run around and stay socialized. The website also states that non-social dogs can play individually with staff members. I took my dog here years ago. I loved this place. My dog liked this place. I am in need again for an all day play session and now they want me to jump through a lot of hoops for a 1 day stay. By the time I pay for what they want, I can't afford the 1 day stay. This is not cool. Change just for the heck of change is not good. My dog is healthy and up to date on his shots. Nothing else should be needed.
I think it's very important that their customers are aware that when they say they are taking your dog out to pee what they mean is that they take the dogs to outer rooms that contains kennels with turf on the bottom to imitate grass. They do this at a specific time 3 or 4 times a day. Many dogs are well house trained and do not pee indoors, well house trained dogs can recognize its turf and not the outdoors and think they shouldn't pee on it, and most house trained dogs try not to pee in their enclosures so many dogs just d... read more
