I took my dog here years ago. I loved this place. My dog liked this place. I am in need again for an all day play session and now they want me to jump through a lot of hoops for a 1 day stay. By the time I pay for what they want, I can't afford the 1 day stay. This is not cool. Change just for the heck of change is not good. My dog is healthy and up to date on his shots. Nothing else should be needed.

I think it's very important that their customers are aware that when they say they are taking your dog out to pee what they mean is that they take the dogs to outer rooms that contains kennels with turf on the bottom to imitate grass. They do this at a specific time 3 or 4 times a day. Many dogs are well house trained and do not pee indoors, well house trained dogs can recognize its turf and not the outdoors and think they shouldn't pee on it, and most house trained dogs try not to pee in their enclosures so many dogs just d... read more

Never ever take your dog here unless it is a complete emergency and there I no other options, even then I would advise against it. I brought my dog over the holidays, not only did they charge a higher rate for holidays, but their base rate is 45 a day and then you have to pay additional to have your dog get any activity. The cheapest is 25$ a day additional just for them to have some activity, every petsmart and other dog boarding place I've been to has a base rate that includes potty breaks and some short physical activity.... read more

Have to say I was disappointed! Spent a lot of money tho have our 2 dogs stay here for 10 days. Both dogs were current on vaccinations and got a call while out of town that they wanted permission to have the dogs seen and treated for kennel cough. Our younger Aussie was quite I'll when we picked him up and luckily our old man Havanese either didn't have the disease or quickly recovered. I checked with other local kennels and was told the bordatello bug exists in facilities that are not cleaned with adequate bleach or ai... read more

Honestly. I regret training our dog here. Though I saw her training was there, she was very afraid of people and cowering when someone was near her head. When we picked her up after 10 days, she was unrecognizable and thin. She was depressed with her head on the car chair and wouldn't look up. Honestly never went back for additional training. When the trainer told us to keep her in the garage overnight to teach her independence, I thought we made a huge mistake. I regret the experience lure than the money. I don't ca... read more

Where to start with this place?! We are leaving for vacation in a month and have been looking for a place to board our two dogs. We've toured a few resorts in the area, and were in Folsom, so we stopped in. We were asked about our dogs (ages, and breeds). We then took a tour with a very pleasant girl who gave every impression that our dogs would be well cared cared for, in their facilities and by their staff. We even got to the end of the tour and went over the pricing, options, and we had several questions about the degre... read more

Dog boarded 8/25 thru 9/3/17= 10 days. She was fine when she went in on Thursday morning. But we had a call from your staff on Tuesday that she developed diarrhea. They said the doctor checked her out and suggested a bland diet. We okayed that and they said to check back the next day. The next day they said she seemed a little better and was playing, but still had the diarrhea so they would continue the bland diet. On the Thursday after they called, they said the diarrhea had stopped so we figured all was okay. When my ... read more

I picked up my dog after a weekend away. It was when we got in the car, that I noticed the awful smell. Taking a closer look at him, I found all his fur to be stiff and matted with urine. His white paws were stained yellow with it. When I got him home I gave him a long bath, and after that, noticed that he was licking his paw. He was bleeding between him toes, from gripping the metal cage. I will never use this facility again. I feel awful that I put my pet in a place that would take such poor care of him.

Bad experience, poor trainers, overpriced. Dog came bag even more aggressive with dogs which is why I dropped $$$$ to begin with. Lots of up selling.
