Have to say I was disappointed! Spent a lot of money tho have our 2 dogs stay here for 10 days. Both dogs were current on vaccinations and got a call while out of town that they wanted permission to have the dogs seen and treated for kennel cough. Our younger Aussie was quite I'll when we picked him up and luckily our old man Havanese either didn't have the disease or quickly recovered. I checked with other local kennels and was told the bordatello bug exists in facilities that are not cleaned with adequate bleach or ai... read more

Honestly. I regret training our dog here. Though I saw her training was there, she was very afraid of people and cowering when someone was near her head. When we picked her up after 10 days, she was unrecognizable and thin. She was depressed with her head on the car chair and wouldn't look up. Honestly never went back for additional training. When the trainer told us to keep her in the garage overnight to teach her independence, I thought we made a huge mistake. I regret the experience lure than the money. I don't ca... read more

Where to start with this place?! We are leaving for vacation in a month and have been looking for a place to board our two dogs. We've toured a few resorts in the area, and were in Folsom, so we stopped in. We were asked about our dogs (ages, and breeds). We then took a tour with a very pleasant girl who gave every impression that our dogs would be well cared cared for, in their facilities and by their staff. We even got to the end of the tour and went over the pricing, options, and we had several questions about the degre... read more

Dog boarded 8/25 thru 9/3/17= 10 days. She was fine when she went in on Thursday morning. But we had a call from your staff on Tuesday that she developed diarrhea. They said the doctor checked her out and suggested a bland diet. We okayed that and they said to check back the next day. The next day they said she seemed a little better and was playing, but still had the diarrhea so they would continue the bland diet. On the Thursday after they called, they said the diarrhea had stopped so we figured all was okay. When my ... read more

I picked up my dog after a weekend away. It was when we got in the car, that I noticed the awful smell. Taking a closer look at him, I found all his fur to be stiff and matted with urine. His white paws were stained yellow with it. When I got him home I gave him a long bath, and after that, noticed that he was licking his paw. He was bleeding between him toes, from gripping the metal cage. I will never use this facility again. I feel awful that I put my pet in a place that would take such poor care of him.

Bad experience, poor trainers, overpriced. Dog came bag even more aggressive with dogs which is why I dropped $$$$ to begin with. Lots of up selling.

I am absolutely stunned right now that a dog training facility actually has breed restrictions. I have never heard of such a thing, any trainer worth their salt will not have any trouble training any breed! This is so ignorant and ridiculous, my sweet little 40 lbs pit bull mix is one of the most gentle, good natured puppies I've ever met and they won't train her even without meeting her?? I have a cat, a 15 year old Maltese, a chihuahua/dachshund mix and a 4 year old and she is absolutely amazing and gentle with all of them... read more

They have always been nice to my pup. Well as far as I know. But the price is higher than most. It is also frustrating that the prices are not posted on their site and they only answer the phone about 25% of the time. The other 75% of the time I have to leave a message and wait for them to call me back.

Terrible! We brought our female dog to stay for 3 days. When I picked her up, one of the staff members went over a report about my dog and kept referring to my female dog as he/his and him. It almost appeared the report/form was completed at the time I arrived to pick up my dog. When we arrived home, my dog started vomitting and became very ill. Apparently she was under a lot of stress from staying at the Resort. I truly feel that my dog was neglected and was not taken care of. Just the thought of it makes me very angry. N... read more
