Avoid this establishment. I purchased shoe inserts at Foot Solutions. I used them once and they made my feet hurt. I went to return the inserts and was told they’re neither refundable or exchangeable. The owner of the company cited a state law that prevented returns or exchanges. Earlier this week I purchased shoe inserts at another local store. I asked if I could return them if they don’t work out.
