We visited Foot Solutions on Saturday to get new insoles for my better half- and were helped by Brittney. Because he had purchased the custom orthotics originally from Foot Solutions a couple of years ago, we were able to get a "tune up", instead of having to replace them. Brittney was very helpful and knowledgable - and really took her time to make sure the orthotics were perfect. I just purchased my second pair of athletic shoes and custom orthotics from Foot Solutions. I couldn't be more pleased with the selection, service, and expertise. With my fallen arches, two size difference and different width feet, it's impossible to find shoes that REALLY fit both feet. This store has a lot of shoe selections.the manager Joshua was very knowledgeable and Friendly. He did go out of his way to help me to find a nice and comfortable shoe for my problem Feet.i will recommend this store to everybody .

Foot solutions is a lot more than I expected in many ways. I bought a pair of boots and my heels were slipping up when I walked so I wanted an insert to fill up some space. The full service staff looked at my situation and tried several options to optimize the fit of the boots including adding a pad in the top to stop my foot from pressing too far forward and a riser under the toes to keep the heels down. I have been to this store many times and have always had very excellent customer service. Yesterday, I was there with a friend and Darryl was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We were there over and hour and never felt rushed. The other employee aptly handled the other customers who came in while we were there. I would highly recommend this store to anyone who has difficulty finding comfortable shoes. One time I did need to exchange my shoes and had no difficulty. Had a horrible experience at the store when having a prescription taken them for new orthotics I made it very clear to the woman that took care of me that the orthotics had to fit in my current shoes that I could not possibly afford to buy all new shoes both work casual and work out they made the orthotics they did not fit at all they offered to change the shape and shave them but then they would not do what the doctor prescribed them to do I asked for a refund they would not the owner got very aggressive with me and threate... read more

As for shaving and fitting orthotics into the shoes, that is a requirement most of the time with custom orthotics. Orthotics have functional parts such as the arch or metatarsal support but also non functional parts for additional comfort, such as the front part that fits under your toes. Tried three time and could not find the right fit very disappointing. Don't waste your money. Get real orthotics made to get your feet.
2 stars is because of great choice of shoes. Interesting that the store comments only on good reviews. So no comment on: - no returns or (if tried at home only) 5 % charge for credit cards; - not even store credit. I would like to add that they are hiding their prices: I had to ask and wait until the lady checked her records. $$$ shoes and flee market approach. I am glad that less than 1 mile there is a great store near Trader Joe's where I am shopping for 3 years.The shoes is also expensive, but it is a very nice civil bus... read more
