Really nice selection of high-quality shoes that are geared toward "problem feet". I have been very happy with both the inventory and the customer service; I would definitely recommend to friends and family
I had such a great experience getting fitted for my shoe. My mother and I were given knowledgeable, personalized advice related to the type of shoe we needed. I instantly referred my boyfriend to help with his heel pain. He was hesitant at first, but given great advice and fitted properly for his heel problems. I would recommend this store to anyone looking for a great individual fitting and excellent customer service.
I had some heel pain and I went in thinking that I would just be told that my arches needed support. When I walked in she told me everything that was wrong with my foot. Instantly when I tried on the Joya shoes my heel pain was relieved and she is very knowledgeable about the human foot. I also ordered the custom inserts to help fix my foot problems and I left very happy. Excellent customer service!
Great experience and new exactly what I needed. Very professional and helpful. Would recommend them to anyone.

I was having foot pain and was getting ready to see a Podiatrist. A friend recommended I go to Foot Solutions in Encinitas first. To save money, I figured I'd give it a try since an orthotic can be $800. I was pleasantly surprised that Rudy, the owner of the store, knew so much. Just by watching me walk, looking at the wear inside my shoes, and checking out my feet, she said all I needed was an inexpensive orthotic and a replacement for my indoor sandals. Love this place. My feet and body are much happier now that I have Rudy and David taking care of my needs. I have a foot that is post surgical, and a sketchy back, both of which are made much better by their shoe recommendations.
Rudi and David are very professional and knowledgeable about feet, and have a great selection of beautiful, comfortable, and stylish shoes.
I did not expect to find relief from the foot pain I'd been experiencing before I even left the store. What a difference knowledgeable staff and the right shoes have made! Thank you Rudi. I'll be back.
Foot solutions is my go-to place now for shoes. I have bought sneakers, flip flop, ankle boots, sandals from them. I love all my shoes. Roudi (the owner) does a great job with her selection of shoes. One of my most comfortable pair of ankle boots is also the cutest!
