Fantastic experience. Staff is extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. They took their time to listen and identify my condition and made recommendations customized to my specific needs. As a healthcare provider l was very impressed with their professionalism. They fabricated a pair of orthotics that l have been using for a month now and they have been amazing for my lower back pain. l also got the most comfortable pair of shoes for walking. Thumbs up
I'm so thankful for Rudy's help at Encinitas Foot Solutions! Her total commitment to make sure that I am no longer feeling pain when walking is felt whenever I visit. She really cares about getting the right solution for each foot and was delightfully informative about the anatomy of foot motion which really helped me understand not only why I was feeling pain, but also why it was so important to build better support foe my feet. What an amazing gem in Encinitas!! I went in with foot pain and Rudi was so helpful! I am thrilled with my new walking shoes and orthotics. If you need shoes - go here! Great service and great options.
I had some low back pain and tried everything. what I didn't try was inserts? I went to Foot Solutions and they taught me that I was out of balance and with custom orthotics they brought be back in! I highly recommend you pay them a visit!
I am super grateful for Dave and Rudy and Foot Solutions! They are super knowledgeable, caring and honest. They were able to see what the problems are in my feet and recommended the right support and shoe for my foot. Plus I got a supportive slide to wear around the house since I'm on my feet so much at home. They have a great selection of styles. My feet have been in unbearable pain and I'm really glad I found this place!!

I had such a great experience getting fitted for my shoe. My mother and I were given knowledgeable, personalized advice related to the type of shoe we needed. I instantly referred my boyfriend to help with his heel pain. He was hesitant at first, but given great advice and fitted properly for his heel problems. I would recommend this store to anyone looking for a great individual fitting and excellent customer service.
I had some heel pain and I went in thinking that I would just be told that my arches needed support. When I walked in she told me everything that was wrong with my foot. Instantly when I tried on the Joya shoes my heel pain was relieved and she is very knowledgeable about the human foot. I also ordered the custom inserts to help fix my foot problems and I left very happy. Excellent customer service!
