Rick was amazing! He was the most helpful person I have ever experienced! He cared about me and how the shoes fit me rather than the sale. I have difficulties with my feet and making my shoes feel comfortable! I brought my sister to the store because he was so helpful. I will bring others as well because he cared about us. Plus he was so so nice and helped me so much! I will come back to this specific store and to his expertise knowledge with shoes for this reason! Thank you Rick and Foot Etc!

I needed shoes for long days on the hard trade show floors. They provided me with two pairs of the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn. They look great too! (The shoes, that is, David and Bijan are pretty average looking.)

Wow what a great experience ! Drove up here from Central San Diego to buy specialty shoes for work and David was extremely accommodating and patient, helping me feel great about my shoe purchase ! On top of buying a pair for work, I even bought a pair of sandals he had me try on! Life changers ! Thank you David, we will send everybody up here!

Recently I developed blood clots in my ankles (I was wearing Sketchers at the time). It became a situation where I ended up in Tri City Wound control and am recovering to date from the clots that could have been fatal. I went to Foot Solutions today and was personally fitted with shoes that have relieved much of the pain that I would experience after an hour or so in the day. Today was one of the best days for me in the way being afforded complete and total care from 3 of Eninitas finest foot care specialists, as far as my modest and humble opinion is concerned. I've known about Foot Solutions for many years now and wrote a review for them back in 2015. very helpful and caring. Working really hard to help us with our feet problems. They treat you with respect and caring. SO unusual in today's world plus the have some great looking shoes that fit with orthotics. give them a try is your feet are talking to u.

Great service, excellent selection of shoes. Reasonable prices. The owner Bijan is very helpful, took his time to measure and scanned my feet and recommended a great insert for my new shoes. Very friendly and smiley.

This place is not just somewhere to go when you want to buy shoes, they offer SOLUTIONS to problems. A couple of years ago I had plantar fasciatis and my doctor was unable to help. After having my foot diagnosed and a custom orthotic made the pain decreased until it was no longer an issue - problem solved! Recently I had an injury and metatarsalagia has developed. This place is awesome! Both Britney and Joshua are friendly and knowledgable about the products and why I was in so much pain. I was told my orthotics would come in 2-3 weeks and they came in right at 2 weeks. Thanks for saving my feet guys!
