I can't sing praises loud enough for the wonderful shoes offered in this store, and especially to Juanita who freely spent her time in giving me options to test so I could make the right decision. I had foot surgery on both feet 30 years ago. The result was that my toes spread out like a fan, and are very uncomfortable in shoes. I had been diagnosed with plantar fasciitis and it kept me out of work, for the longest time. When I went back to work, I had gotten myself new shoes and put the heel risers in my shoes, but when I went back to work at vons, and since the floor is concrete my foot felt like it was burning and it felt like my foot was going to fall off. I went into the store to find some walking shoes to wear on a trip to Europe. I have had foot pain for years and I need some very comfortable shoes so I can enjoy my trip. The staff were so helpful and helped me find the most comfortable shoes that I have ever owned. The brand is Joya and I have been wearing them for walking and what a difference! No foot pain. Rick was amazing! He was the most helpful person I have ever experienced! He cared about me and how the shoes fit me rather than the sale. I have difficulties with my feet and making my shoes feel comfortable! I brought my sister to the store because he was so helpful. I will bring others as well because he cared about us. Plus he was so so nice and helped me so much! I will come back to this specific store and to his expertise knowledge with shoes for this reason! Thank you Rick and Foot Etc!

I needed shoes for long days on the hard trade show floors. They provided me with two pairs of the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn. They look great too! (The shoes, that is, David and Bijan are pretty average looking.)

Wow what a great experience ! Drove up here from Central San Diego to buy specialty shoes for work and David was extremely accommodating and patient, helping me feel great about my shoe purchase ! On top of buying a pair for work, I even bought a pair of sandals he had me try on! Life changers ! Thank you David, we will send everybody up here!

Recently I developed blood clots in my ankles (I was wearing Sketchers at the time). It became a situation where I ended up in Tri City Wound control and am recovering to date from the clots that could have been fatal. I went to Foot Solutions today and was personally fitted with shoes that have relieved much of the pain that I would experience after an hour or so in the day. Today was one of the best days for me in the way being afforded complete and total care from 3 of Eninitas finest foot care specialists, as far as my modest and humble opinion is concerned. I've known about Foot Solutions for many years now and wrote a review for them back in 2015. very helpful and caring. Working really hard to help us with our feet problems. They treat you with respect and caring. SO unusual in today's world plus the have some great looking shoes that fit with orthotics. give them a try is your feet are talking to u.
