Roueida is the sweetest and most professional orthotics provider I have ever met! She was extremely kind to my fiancé and I and helped me with a new pair of custom Amfit shoe inserts because I have horribly flat feet. She was super friendly, helpful and professional the entire time and super knowledgeable about what you need for your feet. Had a great experience at Foot Solutions with Rudi. Bought a great pair of sneakers, thongs and Orthotics. I play Pickleball 4 times a week and have arthritis in my big toe joint and back problems and finally decided to take care of it as it was becoming very painful. Love this store!!! The customer service is fantastic, Rudy and David are purely customer focused!!! My client has "special feet" and they are so patient with making sure the shoes for properly and comfortable!!! We will be back every time she needs shoes!!!!

Today, Rudi adjusted my inserts for a perfect fit in my Finn Comfort shoes I'd purchased there a few years ago, and explained more about the importance of inserts and posture for us with pronations - all at no charge. I'm now ready for my trip to Italy. Rudi is truly wonderful - she is professional, friendly, very knowledgeable, and helpful. I highly recommend this store! - John
Fantastic experience. Staff is extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. They took their time to listen and identify my condition and made recommendations customized to my specific needs. As a healthcare provider l was very impressed with their professionalism. They fabricated a pair of orthotics that l have been using for a month now and they have been amazing for my lower back pain. l also got the most comfortable pair of shoes for walking. Thumbs up
I'm so thankful for Rudy's help at Encinitas Foot Solutions! Her total commitment to make sure that I am no longer feeling pain when walking is felt whenever I visit. She really cares about getting the right solution for each foot and was delightfully informative about the anatomy of foot motion which really helped me understand not only why I was feeling pain, but also why it was so important to build better support foe my feet. I am super grateful for Dave and Rudy and Foot Solutions! They are super knowledgeable, caring and honest. They were able to see what the problems are in my feet and recommended the right support and shoe for my foot. Plus I got a supportive slide to wear around the house since I'm on my feet so much at home. They have a great selection of styles. My feet have been in unbearable pain and I'm really glad I found this place!!
