The helpfulness from staff when we were trying to sign up and get in was great, they were very nice to our family. The medical staff is also very sweet, I love them. Inside is clean but the outside needs a little re-vamping. Overall it is a very nice place. My parents are still getting adjusted. [name removed] and [name removed] I would give them both 5 stars. They are move in directors/sales and they were amazing and very accommodating - they helped us out a ton.
The grounds of Pacifica Senior Living are nice but they do need to be worked on which is our understanding they are being worked on now. They do have some really great food there for the residents, that has been a good experience so far.
My mom is in memory care unit and they have done a great job. The staff is very kind overall to her and she has settled in very nicely. I wasn't certain how that would go with her but it has been great thus far.
The facility is very clean and had everything that he needed as far as accommodations go in the rooms. The location was also good and they had a lot of extra things they offer. They just did a bunch of renovations to the facility so it is very nice and updated. I would highly recommend Pacifica Senior Living Forest Trace to others looking.

Overall experience was/is great! The moving coordinator was superb, top notch.
I was shown around by the most helpful, friendly sales specialist and was incredibly impressed by this living center. Warm, caring, clean, and gorgeous.
