We picked this community, because it was the grounds at the facility, it's a lot of green space and on a lake. They could improve, on the transporation offered to the residents. I would recommend to other families.

They can improve on communication. Getting in touch with them to get updates has been nearly impossible. The nurses/aides are very friendly and caring which is great.

Pacifica Forest Trace is amazing! I love it. I feel that it's a very safe environment for my mom. My mother struggles with some memory issues, but the staff and everybody there is so caring, kind and considerate. They go above and beyond to make sure she's in a safe space and is where she needs to be, doing what she needs to be doing at any given time. They are just so patient and kind. We chose Pacifica Senior Living Forest Trace because I thought they had more to offer and it looked a lot cleaner. I just thought it would be a better fit for my mom compared to others we saw and it has turned out to be so. Mom has a studio and it works well for what she needs.

Pacifica is absolutely a wonderful Senior Living Community. All the staff and nurses are very friendly. The administration office [name removed] and [name removed] are knowledgeable and helpful. My uncle is been taking good care by all the staff. We are very happy to have our loved one there

Community is clean and very inviting. Apartment is laid out very nicely and spacious. Met staff who has been at Forest Trace for 25 plus years.

The helpfulness from staff when we were trying to sign up and get in was great, they were very nice to our family. The medical staff is also very sweet, I love them. Inside is clean but the outside needs a little re-vamping. Overall it is a very nice place. My parents are still getting adjusted. [name removed] and [name removed] I would give them both 5 stars. They are move in directors/sales and they were amazing and very accommodating - they helped us out a ton.

The grounds of Pacifica Senior Living are nice but they do need to be worked on which is our understanding they are being worked on now. They do have some really great food there for the residents, that has been a good experience so far.

My mom is in memory care unit and they have done a great job. The staff is very kind overall to her and she has settled in very nicely. I wasn't certain how that would go with her but it has been great thus far.
