We are moving my mother to Pacifica at Forest trace, the memory care unit. Everyone from the housekeepers, the nurses, as well as the managerial staff, are all knowledgeable, and very kind. They understand that this is a difficult decision when one has to make a decision to move one parent into this kind of community. My mother is nearly 97 and is physically in great health, however she has severe dementia. Because of that she has needed 24 seven caregivers. I had a great tour with Pacifica Forest Trace, I fell in love with it. The facility is absolutely beautiful as are the apartments. They were great at keeping in touch with us and checking in on mom. The only reason we did not choose them was because I was scared mom would get lost in the shuffle. It is a larger facility and you have to do a lot of walking and she does not walk.
I have been impressed with the friendliness for many years. Always greeted with a smile and can-do attitude.

[Name removed] was a most fantastic representative of Pacifica. The place is all inclusive and the residents were ready to endorse this facility. A place I'd live in.
We came for just a tour, and we loved [Name removed] from the moment we met and she walked us through the entire community and made us feel so comfortable that we immediately gave the community fee and leasing documents.
Pacifica genuinely cares for its residents physical and emotional well being. By providing a multitude of community enriching activities, our mom had a range of opportunities to continue to strengthens her mind and connect with other residents.
Pacifica is always so helpful where I love to see my pts! They also have taken great care of my pts on a daily basis.
I like my apartment very much spacious and amazing shower and access to other rooms. The activities are great. I have made friends. The pool is great. The wellness center is very helpful.
