During each visit prior to choosing Pacifica Forest Trace, I observed the cleanliness of the community and the friendly demeanor of multiple staff members. The sales team and move-in team were extremely helpful and my clients move went smoothly.

The community was very nice. They don't have a smoking area for the residents. The distance from family was a deal breaker for us.

Not as nice as it used to be. It is pretty in community rooms but guest rooms need attention. Staff is very nice (most). Quality has gone down and many cutbacks in the past 4-5 years.

Even though I did not know one person when I moved here, I now have many new friends. I have a beautiful apartment, the grounds are beautiful, all executives and staff are superior, great activities, delicious cuisine. I am extremely happy here and rate it 10 star!!
