During my tour I was very impressed. Many residents were out and about, talking and interacting. The staff appeared to be very interactive and caring. Definitely considering this as a placement for my mom.

The overall experience at Pacifica Senior Living community was good, however they need to pay a little more attention to the needs of their residents.

We appreciate receiving actionable feedback and will often use the information as a teaching moment. Unfortunately, the subjective nature of your suggestion is unclear.
I would tell others looking into Pacifica Senior Living Forest Trace that they need to be careful with two things. It would seem there is some type of kickback relationship between them and the healthcare providers they use and get very touchy about you finding your own providers in the area. Also, the kitchen is unable to accommodate easy things like low sodium diets.

We believe in transparency in our discussions so we promote a choice for contract services in the building. We do not dictate who a resident should work with. And we do not receive gifts or payments from anyone who operates here. Our kitchen always has low-sodium options. But, they will also serve a hot dog so the residents have choices. And, if they are independent, it is up to them.
We picked this community, because it was the grounds at the facility, it's a lot of green space and on a lake. They could improve, on the transporation offered to the residents. I would recommend to other families.

They can improve on communication. Getting in touch with them to get updates has been nearly impossible. The nurses/aides are very friendly and caring which is great.

Pacifica Forest Trace is amazing! I love it. I feel that it's a very safe environment for my mom. My mother struggles with some memory issues, but the staff and everybody there is so caring, kind and considerate. They go above and beyond to make sure she's in a safe space and is where she needs to be, doing what she needs to be doing at any given time. They are just so patient and kind.
