Completely unprofessional company. I have called and complained multiple times about their technicians either not showing up, doing a bad job, not doing their jobs, not wearing masks, and in-spite of my complaints they do nothing to fix the problems. Their office staff do not even try to help out with the complaints. I am switching services.

Updated based on response in comments from FOX Pest (07/08) I have been trying to reach someone in Fox and after my approx 8th attempt (after being transferred to RI, CT and one more state; got a call from Fox after 6 PM). We switched from Terminix to Fox Pest Control and are so glad we did. They had come to our house to introduce the company and we were originally going to just poo poo it, but the gentlemen was so nice and didn't sound like your usual annoying sales person, so we listened to when he had to say. Long story short, it was a wise decision to got with Fox because they are so much more thorough and reliable. I used to have such a hard time getting Terminix to come back for a re-treat. Highly recommend them. Very professional. They arrived on time & did a really good job. We have signed-up for a yearly contract for quarterly treatments.
)The technician walked the yard with me and he explained our problem spots for mosquitos. He was thorough and professional.
I have been using them for a year, mostly for ticks. I'm a frequent, on my knees, gardener and used to get a lot of bites. All last year I had two instead of twenty!! This year the ticks came early, before the first treatment for them. I emailed Fox and they were here the next day, did a complete job, bravely working when so many of the rest of us are hunkered down. Thanks John!
I do not recommend this company. First, service was not as promised. I was told that the cobwebs and other bug caused sights would be removed, they were not. The technicians were in and out in so quickly that they could not have taken any time to see if there was in fact any bug activity. They placed termite traps to see if these were on the property but I never got a report if there we clean, or if there was an issue. And lastly, when I called to cancel the service, I was charged a $150 dollar cancellation fee. Ridiculous
