Door to door sales person was super pushy and came back 3 times in one day. This is such a turn off for any company. Advertise and get your name out there some other way. Dont bother me at home.

Great reliable service. Service tech Jesus Gaitan displayed professionalism and knowledgeable regarding the insects found in our home. JG kept in mind the safety precautions of Covid and properly used his mask and shoe covers. Great overall experience.

(5 Stars)Michael did a great job. He called ahead, greeted me at the door and explained the services he was going to administer, making sure there were no issues inside. He even said hello to my dogs to calm them down this service continues to be a valued part of my household maintenance plan both inside and out. I rely on Fox to manage any pest control issues safely for me and my pets. I have no complaints

Stop the door to door solicitation. Reps name drop neighbors they claim to be using their services only to find out those neighbors don't. Shady and pushy. Stop it

These guys are absurd. Door to door salesman came to my door 3 times within 5 hours. He refused to leave the door each time after we told him we do not buy from door to door solicitors ever and would not open the door for him. He was still knocking on neighbors doors at 9PM. Insane - these guys should be shut down for harassment and trespassing!

They came out immediately and the price was great. The technician was on time and explained everything we needed to know. He also listened to our concerns and was very helpful in addressing them. I cannot recommend them enough.

We had a Fox pest control sales rep come to our house soliciting this afternoon. I respect the hustle it takes to go door to door. However, when my wife opened the door the sales rep started immediately telling her that they would be spraying the house, and that even though we probably have yard pest control, they'd do the house. I was in my home office in a meeting when I heard a mans voice at the door. Unable to solve simple ant problems. Constantly, making excuses. Failing to follow up as requested numerous times. Used them for 2 years on two properties, but finally got so fed up with their arrogant (anti) customer service, I fired them. They want to spend your money and ignore what you tell them, they fail to understand the meaning of the word "service" which involves "serving" the customer, NOT telling the customer what to do. Very arrogant and unhelpful.
