Their representative verbally accosted my 18 yr old after he was asked to leave our property for ,asking a guest of ours who pulled up to our home, about our cars. He started telling my son to go back inside. That it was "past his bedtime", that his gold chain was fake. Who does this?

Is there a negative rating availabl? Fox Pest control repeatedly shows up on my property after being told to not come. There is no personal service. They leave a voicemail. I call to cancel because I'm not home or won't be home they show up anyways. They have sprayed my vegetable plants with there pesticide. Even though my service is canceled they still show up and spray. They are trespassing at this point and do not care if they are or not! Worst service in Virginia!

We are based in Concord, MA. Lucia was great. They did not let us know she was coming this time, but she was proffesional, knowledgable, courteous, checked on protections she had put in place 3 months earlier, and truly cares about the job she did.

Fox Pest Control contracted with us for a subscription pest control service. Terms of the agreement were laid out in a contract, but weren't clearly explained to the person home / who signed at the time. We tried several times to cancel the agreement via phone, fax, and text message but Fox refused to honor the cancellation saying that the person who signed the agreement had to call and cancel (this person had Emailed, texted, and attempted to call but gotten no answer - another home owner had called and asked to cancel verb... read more

Oscar was pleasant and friendly as he ask me for any additional pest control that is needed. I then requested for adding a pest box to my newly built shed as my old shed will eventually be torn down. I've also allow access to my garage where he checked the status of the two pest traps while he was spraying the exterior of my house. As he completed the job, we were notified with a departing friendly goodbye.

Received a new driver and rather talk to the neighbor instead of doing his job left wasps nest on the house. Sent a email and the responded a month later , poor business practice. When they did respond I was told the driver would come out on a selected date , which the driver never showed They did a awesome job on cashing my payment check That's why the received two stars

Since 2020 the service from Fox Pest Control has fallen short of their initial promise for professional care. Technicians do not remain in the employ of Fox very long and that's disappointing. Technician continuity is key to an effective IPM program. Fox falls short of this.

Do NOT sign up!!!! The refuse to allow you to cancel. My contract is up. I gave them 4 months notice to terminate at the end of our agreement both verbal and written but yet they refuse to stop charging out credit card and showing up at my door. This is ridiculous!!!!

Although they scheduled and did a WPI quickly for me, they then turned around and told me they could not supply the report because I was not a current customer. Then why do the inspection? Why not tell me up front theu only work with current customers. I do not have pest problem Even if I did now or in the future, FOX will not get my business or recommendation. When I called them, they did nit even offer a solution to get the report.
