These people are the worst, absolutely the worst company I've dealt with in recent memory. I made an appointment for a specific time and day- they broke that appointment and didn't bother telling me. I called half a dozen times, each time I got a different answer about the where and the when of my 'scheduled' appointment. whoever you're looking at for pest control do yourself a favor, DON'T UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES USE THESE FOLKS.

A Fox Pest control salesperson was in my neighborhood and solicited their help with wasps. I agreed and signed up for a year. The monthly spraying didnt seem to affect the wasps at all and after a year I decided that Fox Pest Control wasnt for me. I called in to cancel and was told that the representative couldnt cancel my account and I would be contacted but another employee. This contact never took place. I really appreciated them ringing my doorbell at 7:45 on a Friday night while my 1yr old was trying to sleep to sell me services I never asked to be contacted about. It doesn't say much about your company if you have to bother people at night to drum up business.

I have no bug issues, just mice in the kitchen. The salesperson was wonderful and so was the technician who came and sprayed for bugs and set 2 mouse traps in the kitchen. A few days go by and no sign of mice in kitchen because now they are in my bathroom chewing toilet paper . I called and they said they can not get anyone out to me until the following week so in the mean time I set up glue traps with thier suggestion of using a Twix candy bar to lure them. I signed up for service with FOX last year. However, in January of this year, right after a significant snow storm that left over 6" of snow on the ground and over 12" banked up against my house, I had FOX show up at my house to spray. When I confronted the FOX serviceman, I asked him why he was going to spray pesticide on over 6" of snow. I was told that he had the order to spray. Same door to door crap. Ignoring no soliciting signs. These guys are garbage, the only way to deal with them is closing the door in their face.

Their extremely aggressive approach is concerning. It's like talking to a broken robot who's begging for money. It took 45 minutes (I'll never get back) to finally ask the salesmen to get off my property. This tactic is going to get someone hurt or in trouble. It's borderline harassment.

Do not be fooled by all the glorious reviews they get their employees and their families to post for them! This company is all about the mighty dollar! They send pushy sales reps into neighborhoods strongarmingcthem into contracts that they have to pay to get out of! The sales rep makes you think you're only trying the service for $40 you can cancel if you're not happy. They don't say you're signing a contract for a year and it's $150 to cancel!
