Updated 7/20/2019: Had a knock on the door from someone at Fox Pest Control today, trying to talk to me about the "misunderstanding" we had two months ago. And to see if I was interested in signing up for services again. Um, that's a hard no. I gave a review before job was done. While we really like the tech who came multiple times . The job was never completed. Your office claims 100% guarantee but that was not true. The people who answer need better training. When I'm spending this much money I want the job to be done. But I will have to use another company. The " Manager" talk with me and explained what the actual warranty was . I would have shopped around had I known this info. This review is based on our attempts to hire them, and not the services themselves, but this is a company that doesn't seem to want business! We called, were told they could not do same day visit as advertised, and that someone would come Monday at 8AM. I called around 9:30 to check status and was told whoever took our order had the incorrect house number and even the wrong street, even though my husband gave him the info, very clearly.
