Having just moved to Grand Island, I was hesitant when someone from this business was canvassing my neighborhood - I thought to myself that this business must need the business, otherwise why would they have been canvassing door-to-door? After listening to the sales pitch I decided to give it a shot knowing that ticks and mice were an issue on our property. Less than 24 hours later, the service technician (or as I would call him, "the real expert") showed up at our door. Matt was incredibly knowledgable and explained every ... read more

Contacted Fox for some additional "spider" control as noticed the increase of them in the yard/deck. Its early but a good time to get them . I had Greg as the technician and he was awesome as he explained his plan and went around with me as I pointed out all the outside areas of concern. Then when he was completed the outside he came inside and was extra efficient and generous with taking care of the basement area and every nook and cranny that was pointed out though he already knew where to attack. I just wanted to say how impressed I was with this company. Today I meant Lincoln and he was extremely informative about the services and how they could save me money. I was shocked when they sent someone out just an hour later to service the house. Colby was extremely pleasant to deal with and did a good job resolving my concerns with bees in the back of the house. I highly recommend the team at Fox pest control.

The service was great with Ken and Hunter!! We had ants, spiders and centipedes. The gentlemen informed me of what they were doing and answered all my questions. Hope that the pests are all gone!!

Very professional. They were an hour late but gave me a discount to make up for it. So far treatment seems to be working.

Jake Hadley could not have knocked on my door at a better time in my life!!! This year the disgusting bugs have been unbearable and I was going to do something about it. He was super knowledgeable, friendly, responsive and most importantly not pushy. Everything happened the way he said it would and when I did in fact run into an issue, Jake had given me his personal cell so I reached him immediately. He responded and resolved the challenge right away! I must say Tessa who came to reservice and spray was also a doll! She ... read more
