We had Just moved into our newly renovated house we are purchasing. After about a month we still seeing ants in the kitchen near the sink and around the cupboards. In the living room at the front door there was ant highway going behind and on the loveseat. Plus we had sink bugs getting in around the windows. It was way out of control. Very friendly technicians who are willing to work with you. I am definitely pleased with the services they provide. They even got the hornets' nest from my mulch bed!!

I have been a paying customer for five years, and unfortunately I'm leaving with the same problem I hired this company to solve: mice. The final straw wasn't just that the issue was never resolved--it was trying to cancel my service. Their AI phone system repeatedly hung up on me, making it nearly impossible to reach a real person. Extremely rude, manipulative, and aggressive sales tactics. I'm already a customer with a contract (that I'm still stuck in for a year) and still get constant sales calls, texts, emails, and door knocking. Enough already! Leave me alone or I will tell everyone I meet to avoid this company from here on out. I'm so sick of being preyed on by these people!

I have had Fox Pest control for about two years. I started with them for a problem with Carpenter Bees in my barn, I have a small farm in the York area. they have been great and have always showed up on time and handled the problem. Today I had a technician that I Have never had, Jason, he told me that they don't treat barns. ..... What can be said,, Read the fine print.... Very expensive cancellation fee of $250!!! Ridiculous!!! A righteous company wouldn't have to charge such a high fee to cancel a mediocre service.. but rather than to pay a monthly fee for not even a visit I would rather take the one time final hit and be done... Very disappointing experience...

My husband was out doing yard work when the sales guy approached he signed up for it. Long story short We have paid these people over 2,000. They scam people and take there hard earned money. I'm writing this to Stop anyone from signing up with them. We have more bugs then we started with. This place should be ashamed of themselves.
