Stay away from this shady company. My husband signed up for this service but after speaking with me, we immediately cancelled it. All was well until I saw an unauthorized charge on my debit card that was an ATM withdrawal. The address associated with the purchase was this business. Shady representatives, do not support this business.

Showing up to my house at 9pm is disrespectful. When say no more than three time and your sales people still keep trying to talk to me and sell me something it is disrespectful. I will never use your company!

We have a No Soliciting sign which is very visible to everyone!!! The salesman still rang our door bell. I said to him did you see our sign. He responded "yes but we are not solar or any other company.". I believe "No Soliciting" is for EVERY company who does door to door sales. I said we are good and closed the door. Very rude and unprofessional

Salesman came by at 9:30 PM after kids were asleep knocking on the doors and ringing the doorbell. 100% unacceptable and will never recommend this company. Absolutely ridiculous to be giving sales pitches after dark in a private community

We live in a community that does not allow soliciting. For the past three days, there has been a young man riding a hover board soliciting for Fox Pest Control. He is there all times of the day and night. When my husband took our dog out at 10 PM he was out there. Numerous residents have complained that he knocks on their door at 8:30 thru 10: 00 PM. This is totally unacceptable. Fox Pest has been called numerous times, but he keeps coming back. Frustrated and Scared.

Casey was fantastic! Our first visit was because of ants on our outside patio. She was very thorough and explained what she was doing and what to look for after the treatment We had to have her come back because we found a huge wasp nest. Again, the issue was resolved and well explained. I really like that Fox is a family owned, and their customer service is outstanding. It was also very important to me that their products are animal friendly! Thanks Casey!!!

I can't comment on my experience as I've never used this company and quite frankly, never will but I was very upset because at 7:00PM, my 6 year old & I are sitting in our living room and there's a young guy peering through our front door and aggressively knocking. It scared the crap out of us (especially in this day & age)! To be fair I haven't had service from this company nor have I called them. The one star is because at 7pm on a Friday evening a person shows up at our door to sign us up for service. That doesn't sit well with me since he claims to be in the area signing up people and the more he signs up, the more we save. Yeah we were robbed before. Full disclosure, this is ONLY about the door to door salespeople. I have had my doorbell rung 3 times in less than 24 hours even though I had spoken to the first person and told them I wasn't interested. Saying no the first time should be the last time I hear from you. The last person I saw was a "manager" and I started the conversation with I had already declined and he still pushed and pushed.
