I called Fox to get rid of wasps, which they did after 2 trys. I then signed a 1 year service contract. They take 58.00 a month and spray 4 times per year. As per the contract I wrote to cancel my contract after a year. The next month (November) they charged my credit card. When I call any number I can find for them I get a person from a different state, who does not have any answers to my questions. They say they will have someone call back, but noone does. I am with all the other 1 stars and would give 0 if I could. NEVER SIGN UP WITH THIS GROUP! I was working in the yard and got approached by a salesman who never mentioned 2 year contract, never mentioned an astronomical cancelation fee. Said I was getting this great deal and so much off for 4 months and I even said "oh good I use you guys for the summer and then cancel" and he NEVER brought up the cancelation fee. SCAM!!!! Buyer Beware once you sign a contract they will continue to charge you after the contract is up!!!! They expect you to send a letter in the mail requesting cancellation after the contract is up!!! Complete SCAM!!!!

I found one bed bug and immediately panicked. I choose FOX because of the 30-day guarantee. The original technician, and his supervisor, were unable to find any bed bugs due to the very minor 'infestation'. That would have been fine, but they didn't make us feel like they believed that there was a problem. They treated and the technician came back two weeks later as scheduled, and again, they didn't make us feel confident. Fast forward 25 days and I find more bed bugs. Having to wait on hold for over 20 minutes is a dealbreaker. I'm not thrilled with the idea of being locked into a full year contract but could get over that. The wait for the first call was annoying, but when I called back on a subsequent day and ended up disconnecting after holding for 28 minutes, I knew I was done. So glad I had this realization before I signed that contract. No thank you.

This business is a scam and their aggressive salespeople lie over and over. Avoid at all costs. They will lock you into some deal with an early termination fee without actually telling you that you are locked into a deal with a hefty early termination fee. Don't fall for the cute college students going door to door selling stuff for this company. It's a racket.

They were able to come out same day to remove a hornets nest but I had to enroll in a quarterly preventative outside perst/insect service plan to get that dame day service. However, if the service I received for the hornets nest removal extends to the ongoing maintenance, I will he a very satisfied customer.

I feel scammed! They talked awful about the previous company servicing our property and guaranteed to actually deliver on the promises they make. DON'T FALL FOR IT!! They talked me into a 2 year contract stating one year wasn't available! Since they have been here I have nothing but issues, but nobody is answering the phone or responding to my email. Place is a scam. "Serviced" my home, which did not get any of the targeted pests. Came back to do a free courtesy service which did nothing again. Now they sent me a bill for that "free" service and won't fix it. It's not a real pest service. Also can't get ahold of them on the phone to remedy anything
