Incredibly overpriced service quote. Charging $554 just to look at what I described as an issue. AVOID THIS FRAUD DEALER! I bought a vehicle from here and salesman Dustin Leroy agreed upon a price of the vehicle, however, they offered me to sign the contract that had additional optional charges sneaked in. Finance manager Steven Ponzo confirmed verbally that no additional cost was added on top of the agreed upon price when I signed the paperwork. Poor service, can not keep track of appointment and promise. Tried to scam me for brake job when it didn't need.

The numerous vehicles that I have purchased from this location required several appointments for each vehicle just to be maintained and for some reason this location could never seem to get the work orders correct After working with them for over 12 years, I have decided to go to a different dealer it really is unfortunate that they’ve lost my business after so long, but they’re incompetence and lack of initiative Really drove my decision.

I have owned 5 Nissans and have always had excellent service. Yesterday I dealt with Jeff Jones. I asked him a simple question. He became visibly angry and accused me of blaming him for something, which I did NOT do. He then said the following to me: “I have been around for 66 years and I know bad energy when ai see it and YOU have bad energy!”yes, he said that to me, a loyal Nissan customer. He is quick to anger and would be best suited in a position that does NOT involve interacting with customers.

No one spoke to me the before time I was there. Once I was checked in and sat down people confined to look and walk by. No one asked was I ok, did I need anything. I was there for 2 plus hours
I took my Nissan kick 2020 to oil change service the technician did really bad worked oil on top of the engine the hood and windshield oils all over i never go back to the shop Roseville future Nissan
Purchased a new Nissan Titan from this location and the truck had multiple issues the truck was leaking oil it had the passenger side fog lamp out and all the fluids where low. This should not be happening to a new vehicle.
