I waited for a specific vehicle that had come in on a trade-in for over 3 weeks. My purchase was to be a cash deal, and I was clear from day 1 that it would be cash no finance and I wanted to pay $25k. I found 2 other 'great deals' on cargurus.com that I passed on waiting for this deal. I made an appointment today to confirm the final pricce and seal the deal. Salesman Dustin had me believe that the car I qualified for was a used Honda Accord, the truth is..once I was approved for the car loan I could get any car I wanted. I also told the finance department to hold my loan because I was going through my own bank w a 3.9 interest. They push the loan thru anyways at a 10% interest (of course to make money thru their own bank), even though they spoke with my representative. I experienced awful service. Bad experience, they advertised a new vehicle for sale. Called said they had it.Drove 2 hours and had own financing in hand. After fours hours conveniencing us to apply for better financing. The only way we could buy car at price was if we put money down and appllied for higher financing. Dishonest!!!!

On Feb 25 2012, I negotiated with the dealer on 2011 Leaf at a fixed price $31750 by email/phone prior visiting the dealer. After I went to the dealer, there're lots of messed up and the price jumping up and down, back to negotiation table. At the end, I signed a Nissan 2011 leaf SL demo car for $31750 in a written contract with down payment and financing in place. Our experience with Future Nissan was horrible because we told the sales and the manager upfront that our credit was low and they said that we could still qualify for buying a new car. After we bought the car I receive a phone call from the finance department saying that we were denied, they said no problem we can get you the car loan. I gave them back the car the next day. I would definitely not recommend Future Nissan with anyone just because this company is not professional, and weren't honest from the beginning, and we w... read more

I got screwed on my trade in!! I told them I wanted my trade in paid off at No point did they tell me they were Not going to give me what I wanted for my trade in. I have never negotiated a deal and then have the contract not read that way. They got me to take my eye off the ball with the payment talk... I know better but I have Never had a dealer do this to me. This is my 6th car purchase in 15 years and I have Never been treated this way.

They were the only ones in the Bay area to have the exact car I wanted, so off I drive. I had to jump back and forth between my "greeter" who was nice, but knew nothing and the salesman who who was out of sight 98% of the time. Although I called ahead that I wanted the car and was ready to deal, they jerked me around for over an hour and just told me to go to finance and pay without even showing me a figure. I have never had such a bad experience at a car dealership. The staff at Future Nissan is only concerned about making money and is very deceiving. There sales are very high pressure. I will never consider returning to this dealership it is amazing to me that they are still in business after speaking with some of my friends they told me about similar experiences they had with Future Nissan.

They treat you like you are stupid. Called and offered a price on a used car they had on the lot. Went to financing to find the car was 1,500 more than what was discussed on the phone. They also offered me 1/5th of the low blue book value for my trade, wanted $4k in cash, and was trying to charge 13% interest rate, making the car payment much higher than a new car fully financed. After I refused the offer they came back after a minute and offered 9% and slightly more for my trade it. I left without making a deal. They called... read more
