Nissan is so bad. My transmission went out in June of 2021 with 87,000 miles on the car. LUCKILY it was still covered under warranty and Nissan Roseville replaced it. Fast forward to November 2022. With 104,000 miles and my transmission is now having problems again. Leaking out of the pan and gasket. I am giving them only 1 star because of lots of reasons. When I bought my Nissan Rouge told them there are some break noise coming out after driving 1 week and took it into Roseville center. They checked everything and said would not be anymore because of the issue has been fixed, but the truth is they never fixed it. THIS DEALERSHIP SERVICES VERY xxxx. THEY JUST WASTE PEOPLES TIME . THE JUST BLAME PEOPLE CREDIT EVEN THOUGH THEY DONT HAVE A CAR AVAILABLE. THEY CAL ME On APPOINTMENT ONCE DEAL IS DONE AND THEY RUN MY CREDIT AFTER THEY MAKING EXCUSES THAT IS THE PROBLEM IN THE CAR BUT THERE WAS NOT CAR AVAILABLE AT THAT MOMENTS. Finance person Marty did NOT ever disclose verbally the Cost of the Very expensive security system, which we never asked for. When we got home and realized it added an extra $1000 to the price we called immediately. After 5 days of calling, he finally called back. He explained how he not only saved us $2 a mo (adding 6 more months payments) but lowered the int rate. (719 FICO) lowered it to 3.9. This place should be shut down. Worst service I have Ever encountered. They ignore customers. They’ll say they will do something then don’t. When you do a review, they have the service techs call and harass you into changing your survey so it doesn’t reflect on them and they can get bonuses. They could care less about your problems. They will lie to you and say what you want to hear just so they can make a quick buck.
Terrible dealings with Kaylen Simone, but I liked the dealership as a whole. Enough written.
