It's been over 1 year and Future Nissan didn't get me a correct Leaf Charging Cable.

TL;DR: AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP; they will not honor their promises, and sell your info to scam companies!!! July '24 Update: I've now been added to an email spam list, and even after multiple requests, they still keep pouring in. Hoping the vulgarity in my responses will get some attention... This place is a joke! Josh Jones is a THIEF! Sells nothing but Lemons. Shane Carver is a LIAR! Thief!! Tucson was bought from this Future Nissan, Engine completely blew while driving on the freeway with the family in the vehicle, they looked at the vehicle, and wanted to charge 17k for an engine, haha. After a month, and their own sales people tried to make adjustments to my warranty AFTER I already purchased it, (that is against the law, manipulating a warranty service to get coverage, and I have the text messages to prove ... read more

Nissan is so bad. My transmission went out in June of 2021 with 87,000 miles on the car. LUCKILY it was still covered under warranty and Nissan Roseville replaced it. Fast forward to November 2022. With 104,000 miles and my transmission is now having problems again. Leaking out of the pan and gasket. I took my car for multiple second opinions, whom have ALL said Nissan should be taking care of this. Nissan will not because it's past their ONE YEAR warranty. Very horrible customer service I had a very unpleasant experience with Patrick they used car manager and Jordon a salesman the whole team that I dealt with including Martin Garcia a.k.a. Marty was very impatient with me when closing the deal and signing the paperwork

I am giving them only 1 star because of lots of reasons. When I bought my Nissan Rouge told them there are some break noise coming out after driving 1 week and took it into Roseville center. They checked everything and said would not be anymore because of the issue has been fixed, but the truth is they never fixed it. THIS DEALERSHIP SERVICES VERY xxxx. THEY JUST WASTE PEOPLES TIME . THE JUST BLAME PEOPLE CREDIT EVEN THOUGH THEY DONT HAVE A CAR AVAILABLE. THEY CAL ME On APPOINTMENT ONCE DEAL IS DONE AND THEY RUN MY CREDIT AFTER THEY MAKING EXCUSES THAT IS THE PROBLEM IN THE CAR BUT THERE WAS NOT CAR AVAILABLE AT THAT MOMENTS. THIS IS HAPPENED 2nd TIME WITH ME . SO MY ADVICE THAT IF YOU COME TO THIS DEALER PLZ CHEAK THE CAR BEFORE YOU WASTE YOUR TIME OR CREDIT THANKS

Finance person Marty did NOT ever disclose verbally the Cost of the Very expensive security system, which we never asked for. When we got home and realized it added an extra $1000 to the price we called immediately. After 5 days of calling, he finally called back. He explained how he not only saved us $2 a mo (adding 6 more months payments) but lowered the int rate. (719 FICO) lowered it to 3.9.
