Manager was arrogant, smug and condesending . He thought he could sell me short on terms and numbers. He didn't even look into my credit score, occupation, or previous record with Nissan. When he realized I have done my homework and he wouldn't succeed in belittling me, he quickly finished the conversation, without even trying to see how he could keep me as a customer. This is not my first visit to a Nissan dealership, but this manager is a disgrace. To ANY dealership!!

I purchased a used vehicle from this dealership on June 18, 2016. The sales guy, Chris was incredibly pushy and even lied to me. I asked why the brakes were making noises and I was told the brakes were just replaced but that was not on the carfax they provided me. After having my husband look at the car, we went ahead with the purchase. The finance department is horrible! The vehicle was purchased on 6/18. I went to buy Nissan Pathfinder S to Roseville and liked Pathfinder SV a best option for me. The only big mistake I made was not to check their website before going there. They sold me the car on a very higher price. Almost $5000 higher as compare to what they had posted on their website. Looks like I have been cheated by them. I will try to complaint everywhere about this dealership and won't recommend anybody to buy a Vehicle from them.

STAY AWAY!!! Most unprofessional business I have ever been to in my entire life. Worst experience at a car dealership since I bought my first car 10 years ago. Our salesman Hector was the only decent person here. All of the finance guys including the finance manager Josh are xxxxxxxx and treat you like dirt. Customer service is okay and they really try to work with what you have to get you the car you want. I am disappointed that they wouldn't negotiate car price after showing the kbb price. They said the kbb value is simply a "suggestion" for the car price. BEWARE of focusing on the monthly payment rather than overall car price. I know we could have gotten a better price than the one they gave us. The sales person was polite and courteous and worked with us. Jay on the other hand, had the contract written up for $500.00 more than the agreed upon price. The price of the car they located, for us, was less than the price of the car on the lot. (No price adjustment). The finance person (can't remember his name) was not up front and forth coming in answering all of my questions. He sold us maintenance and service agreements that we did not want. I waited for a specific vehicle that had come in on a trade-in for over 3 weeks. My purchase was to be a cash deal, and I was clear from day 1 that it would be cash no finance and I wanted to pay $25k. I found 2 other 'great deals' on cargurus.com that I passed on waiting for this deal. I made an appointment today to confirm the final pricce and seal the deal. Salesman Dustin had me believe that the car I qualified for was a used Honda Accord, the truth is..once I was approved for the car loan I could get any car I wanted. I also told the finance department to hold my loan because I was going through my own bank w a 3.9 interest. They push the loan thru anyways at a 10% interest (of course to make money thru their own bank), even though they spoke with my representative. I experienced awful service. Bad experience, they advertised a new vehicle for sale. Called said they had it.Drove 2 hours and had own financing in hand. After fours hours conveniencing us to apply for better financing. The only way we could buy car at price was if we put money down and appllied for higher financing. Dishonest!!!!
