Worst experience ever. Everything they said was a lie! They will even go as far as to print out false Insurances quotes. Followed me out to my car twice, almost to the point they wouldn't let me leave. These guys are the epotemy of the "Bad Sales Guy" They called me back the next day and said "hey great news: we got you a smoking deal on interest rate 8.95" That was down from the quoted 11.95, then 10.95 wow, you think maybe they could have given me that rate to begin with? I agree they are complete liers all they want is the deal to be finalized then they treat you like your nothing...My husband bought a 2007 Pathinder that was used and not at all detailed inside or out,so he takes it to get detailed and all they do is wash the out side. That took 5 hrs and all they said is oh you need to schedule that detail somewhere else like in sales, so i took it in the follown day and they tell me it will only take 2 hrs when it took 6 hrs. I have given a low rating because I feel that this dealership did not negotiate in good faith. The quote and terms I was goven over the phone were nothing like the horrible terms I was given at the dealership. I would never return. This operation is a bait and switch. They get you in and then change the deal. I would never return. I did not buy.
This dealership does not offer a 72 hr cool off period and does not guarantee their cars. I purchased a used vehicle from them and changed my mind on the car within 24 hrs and they attempted to charge me in excess of $1200.00 to return the vehicle after putting more than that down. They took advantage of the fact I was a young female who was inexperienced with car sales.
these guys are completely liers. 1) first lie they told me that sticker price is invoice price not msrp 2.5) they didnt even give me the discount the car maker was offering to previous year models. 2) they said full auto insurance does not cover theft, so asked me to go with thier extended warranty. 3) they show wrong calculations. 4) they will call a insurance agent who will give insurance for 320$ for one month. 5) they dont treat you well if you dont buy after the discussion complete cheaters. dont believe them what ever ... read more

I dealt with the Internet Sales Department because I believed it would be the most efficient way to handle getting a new car since I am self employed and don't have the time to run around to various dealerships. I was told that I was approved for a car and could come pick it up the next day. A week and a half later I received a letter stating that Nissan would not accept me for a loan and that I would have to return the car per the Recission provisions of the contract. I was allowed to drive off the lot without the deal being finalized. I was called two days later and told that in order for me to keep the car that I was told I qualified for, I would have to come up with another 500 dollars down. They didn't say one thing about the deal not being finalized. Now, 6 days later, I am returning the car because the service I got from the finance dept. at Future Nissan absolutely SUCKS!!!
