"Optional fee isn't so optional once you're in finance..." Bought a used Toyota truck last night from this dealership. When running numbers with the salesman, there was a $199 dealer-fee for "etching" called EXPRESS CODE. This fee was explicitly defined as OPTIONAL on ALL documentation, and the salesman confirmed that I was not required to pay for it if I didn't want it (and I did not want it at all). "too many problems, no apologies or follow-thru" Had my 2017 in for warranty work, received call to pick-up car but it was repaired wrong and my advisor had gone for the day. Another advisor, Zahan, jumped in to help as mechanics were leaving for the day. Zahan did get the car fixed, with me literally in the service bay doing half of the work (insurance coverage??). "Worst ever" Horrible dealership. Sold me a certified preowned truck with nearly destroyed suspension parts. Had the truck for less then 60 days. I went to level it, because the tires that were on it when I bought oversized. Then I discovered that my upper control arms and tie rod ends were destroyed. Which is something that they should have inspected before they sold it. I have tried multiple times to get ahold of someone to help and keep getting the run around. When I looked up the phone number for the service department, the "live chat" popped up and I thought why not. I needed estimates for 2 repairs on my Nissan Quest. I was told that the questions were passed on to the service team and I would hear back shortly. That was this morning, it's now 5pm and I have not heard back. I guess I have to find a different dealership.
