I like Gardena Nissan because everytime I've had service done, my check engine light never came on after I left like another Nissan service.
The service staff welcomed me promptly and took the information from my truck quickly. In about an hour my truck was ready to go.
I had an appointment time and it was acknowledged. I did not have to wait very long for my service and the representative is very professional.
They were very helpful and listened to what I had to tell them. Christopher and Yosenia were wonderful, they answered all my questions and were very understanding.
The dealership was attentive and fully committed to assisting me throughout the process. They also ensured that I had transportation home (free of charge) while attending to the recall repairs. It was immediately fixed and I was notified the next day to pick up my vehicle.
Hi. I’m happy with the the response I got on Thursday when I brought my car in without an appointment. Christopher greeted me right away and said it’s not a problem, asked why I was here and then stated it would take about 2.5 hours-which was fine. I got a call less than 2 hours later advising they were done. Very friendly and simple. Great job guys.
