Customer service seems to be their number one priority everytime. Thanks to Chris Enojosa and everyone else. I would recommend Gardena Nissan to everyone.
I just wanna say we were very pleased with Gardena Nissan. They greeted us right off the bat and were quick to get out the car to do the test drive. Financing was easy without a lot of haggling they even lowered the price $1000 more for us than what was advertised. They didn’t pressure us into accepting warranty or gap insurance even though we did purchase the gap insurance it was nice not to be hassled. I will definitely refer them to my friends.
Nissan Gardena provided a slow-paced, underwhelming experience. Despite an expensive diagnostic, they failed to resolve my vehicle’s issue or locate the necessary part. The staff seemed misinformed, and the service was insufficient and frustratingly unhelpful.
The service department is excellent, everyone was nice and very honest when it comes to getting your car serviced. Most dealerships will try to get money out of you, Carlos was very nice and knowledgeable.
Great job competing the job in 4 hours and Uber Uber was great to get a ride home and come back. Thank you for the service.
