Good rates, and cheaper then other mortgage lenders. They were always available when you needed them at just about any time of day. I would recommend Gavin to anybody who is in need of a Mortgage for a house!

Great to work with. They went above and beyond to help me get my loan and make sure that I was prequalified. It helped in the process of gathering information for the actual loan processing as well since we covered many of the fine details beforehand. They were very informative and helpful in explaining the process being that I was a first time buyer. Overall I was very pleased with my experience!

We we're very satisfied with the loan process through City Wide and working with Team Gavin. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful. Melissa was great on helping us get together documents needed and made our journey very stress free. We would recommend Team Gavin to family and friends!!

What a great experience! The team was professional and very helpful. They even managed to get our loan done a few weeks early! I've heard horror stories of people having problems with mortgage companies, but this mortgage was the easiest part of the whole home buying process!!

Everyone was very informative and helpful. I had very unusual circumstances and the process took longer than expected but that couldn't be helped. All my phone calls and questions were answered in a timely and easy to understand manner. I really can't think of anyway that the team could have been better at their jobs . I am extremely satisfied with the process and outcome!

We originally contacted three lenders for a home loan. Team Gavin was absolutely wonderful, and was the only lender to walk us through the entire process.
