Will NOT book with Erica (Hair colorist) again!!!!! Very disappointed with the results and the price I had to pay for. Went in with black hair...asked for a mixture of blonde beige color balyage. And Came out with black hair with barely noticeable brown strikes. Was told that it was not achievable what.kind of services was that.....Could have done it at home with drug stores hair dyes
The customer service person called and offered to give us a decent discount on the scheduled services. Honestly, I was just planning on returning the lack of courtesy I had been shown by not making the appointment. I'm glad it worked out, and my daughter likes her hair. I still feel very strongly that the assembly line business model they are using degrades their brand. Something needs to be done about the disappointing turnover with the talent, too.
