Had a terrible experience. Expensive cut for barely nothing done to my hair. Girl had no idea what she was doing. Won't go back. Also had to wait 45 minutes past my appointment time.

I booked a color appointment with Marissa after reading all the great reviews about her. They could not be more wrong. She was friendly but did not deliver when it came to hair color. It was a true waste of time and money. I have had balayage done on my hair for 3+ years and highlights for 10+ years. I asked her to redo my grown out balayage from months ago and bring the color up higher to my roots. I walked out looking like nothing was done to my hair. I made an appointment for a haircut and saw Marilyn. I wanted something different and after talking with her, she understood what I wanted. The price was $20 more for a newbie stylist at this location than what I've been paying for an experienced stylist for the last several years at the Southcenter location. Another time, I called to make an appointment for all-over color and again was quote a price above that of the Southcenter location and again for a junior colorist over the expert one I've used at $30 more. I had a facial and brow wax today with Shelley. Worst experience. I had been working on evening out my eyebrows with another lady at this location. After my waxing today one eyebrow is higher than the other. I have a constant look of surprise on my face now. She had asked what I'd like to focus on during my facial and I asked for extractions and hydration. Her response was "Ok, I'll focus on relaxation." She spent a total of 2 minutes on extractions. This place (as a whole company) is always a hit or miss. I had a hair cut a few weeks ago here. The hair cut was fine, nothing special. However, when I checked in the reception wasn't very friendly. They didn't offer me a drink or a robe. Then I watched as everyone behind me in line checking in got offered both. I look young and I think that can hinder their service here a lot- because they think I'm younger than I am, they feel comfortable giving me less customer service. I don't know why I still bother coming here.

I wouldn't come here again if my stylist worked elsewhere. The front desk staff are terrible....it's like they're going out of their way to ignore you. There is no order of how they attend to folks waiting to be helped, just whomever can flag them down first. You can't easily form a line bc the receptionists move around from one computer to another. The services here are not cheap, so I don't think it's unreasonable to expect some basic courtesy and manners...like smile and greet every person as they walk in, attend to peopl... read more

Makeup by Erin was very disappointing, she applied so much foundation I had to completely wash my face when I got home and do my makeup all over again. Eyes makeup was pretty bad. Will never go back for this service.

My kids got me a pedicure service at your location for Mother's Day. I came in very happy and relaxed and hoping to enjoy my pedicure . Rosalie greeted me nicely offered coffee and after that she did whatever she could to ignore me . I tried to start a conversation but she truly seemed bothered . The pedicure was very mediocre and I just want it to be over. The worse experience I have ever had in a salon. Thanks for ruining my kids gift to me. WHY I WON'T EVER COME HERE AGAIN: I've been coming to this salon for years after I was matched up with ANNEA for a cut and then she left. After that I would come here for a cut and/or color every now and then. I came here for a cut once and tried a new stylist. I was not happy with the result.
