I LOVE Gene Juarez for Karen's GREAT hair cuts and wonderful service. She always makes me feel at ease, well cared for at the salon, and she is genuine. I cannot say I am too happy with the people that handle the appointment scheduling though. They have messed up my last two appointments: one they said that I did not have an appointment when I did, and this last time they had me scheduled with a different artist instead of Karen whom I have been seeing since Skye left. I have been at this location several times to see peter for my African American hair/ bi racial hair, Peter wasn't avail so they referred me to Mindy, the assured me that she specializes in curly hair too, hmmmm there is a big difference from curly hair and bi racial hair. yet Mindy was nice, but not experienced in my type of hair, she cut my hair while it was wet and continued to comb my curls out, This is the 2nd time that I have been to this location and they say that someone other than peter can do my type of hair and t... read more
