Came in around 3pm for an all-over color and cut. The lady messed up my hair color twice. I wanted a dark brown and the color was not even close to what I wanted. I even showed her the color I wanted from a pic in her own book. The second time she had to dye it, due to the first color not being right.. was very painful. My head was hot and burning for about 10-15 min. It was my very first time getting my hair dyed ever and it was the worst experience I've had at any salon! I LOVE Gene Juarez for Karen's GREAT hair cuts and wonderful service. She always makes me feel at ease, well cared for at the salon, and she is genuine. I cannot say I am too happy with the people that handle the appointment scheduling though. They have messed up my last two appointments: one they said that I did not have an appointment when I did, and this last time they had me scheduled with a different artist instead of Karen whom I have been seeing since Skye left.
