Terrible service! I asked to get my hair dyed Purple. They made me look gothic! Im going back to regis to get the same purple hair i got there last time. This gene juarez was horrible. the other lady complained just as much. Im upset!

I have only purchased products here and have never actually had a service of any kind. The two times I have been in I felt like the ladies at the counter were clueless and rude. If a business wants to keep customers coming back they should find polite and competent individuals to greet people....it's not so much to ask for. The two stars are because they have had what I was looking for in stock.

Do NOT go here. If you must go here, do NOT make an appointment with Ramsey. I went in on my last day of winter break to get my hair trimmed before going back to school. I said I wanted a simple haircut with a few layers at the bottom that would be easy to style and good for interviews. I told her that I'd been growing out my hair for a long time and wanted to keep the length. So what did she do? She cut the bottom unevenly and then chopped some layers in -- 4 INCHES UP. Several thoughts on this place... My office is nearby so it's most convenient for me to visit this location. That being said, my experience has never been above average; it typically ranges to terribly not my style to slightly subpar. The attendants at the counter usually seem incapable of handling heavy volume of clientele, getting flustered easily. The one star is really for the customer service you receive at the front desk and when you call for an appointment. When I called, "Carmen" said "it's very difficult to find an appointment at that price point." WHAT? Do you mean that if i'm willing to pay more, then it will be EASIER to book an appointment? Give me a break.

Booked two appointments for the same time with the request that my sister and I have our cuts together. My sister was brought back a half hour before me, as my stylist was running behind. Also our stations were nowhere near each other in the fairly expansive salon area in the back. I'll admit I'm a bit torn on how to review this place. Since highschool, I've gone here to get a haircut and I've only ever seen one person: Noah. He is the reason I go back. He's been there the longest I believe, and they have such a high turn over rate. He is my 5 stars. Most painful hair cut I've ever had. For a first time into this place I will not be going back. Arianna is the worst "stylist". I understand that here you have specialities so you can focus on it and be awesome. Arianna sucks. Your job is to cut hair how people want it. I wanted 3-4 inches off with a nice soft/rounded finish. Came in around 3pm for an all-over color and cut. The lady messed up my hair color twice. I wanted a dark brown and the color was not even close to what I wanted. I even showed her the color I wanted from a pic in her own book. The second time she had to dye it, due to the first color not being right.. was very painful.
