Received a massage that was anything but satisfying. In fact, I left in a bad mood with the same pain I entered with. I specifically told them therapist what areas of my body were hurting and to use a firmer pressure than she initially started with, which felt like someone just patting me and gently smoothing their hands over me. I have gone to this location to get my hair lightened a total of 6 times. The first two times were ok with a senior stylist doing a weave. But the last three visits with the same stylist were awful. I paid 200 dollars for the service each time. I even took in a picture to try to clarify my expectations as she is Vietnamese. The last visit she decided to do a baylage from the picture I provided. I ask for a level 10 person to do my highlights! and this lady supposedly "level 10" didn't do shit to my hair.. it wasn't even highlights to begin with. I wasted 150 ... my hair looks ugly af. They suck! Don't go here...

BE CAREFUL when making an appointment here. I made an appointment to have my daughter's hair colored - specifically asking for an appointment to just have the ends colored. Once she was seated in Bailey's chair she was rudely told that her appointment was for all over color and due to an "event" Bailey could not possibly have enough time to color her hair. I tried to give 0 stars that obviously didn't work to post this... Worst salon ever! Idk how the other locations are but this location has very bad service. I've been going there for the pass almost 4 month with the "process" of lightning my hair. Worst mistake ever! The first stylist I was set up with VERY RUDE. Went in this past Saturday to get my hair cut, was very specific in telling the stylist Jennifer (premier designer) that I only wanted 3 inches cut off and that I wanted to keep my length, my hair was down to my lower back, she ended up cutting off 10 inches and now my hair is to my shoulders. We went over how much to cut several times and she still cut way more than I wanted. I've been growing my hair out since my last chemo treatment and she just went and chopped it off. I'm so upset!! I wish there was a way I could put Zero stars this place literally charge me $150 so I could walk out with a hair color that I already had , I would never recommend getting your hair done by a chick named AJ she ripped me off and her manager helped her get away with it . As a former GJA student/graduate... I was super bummed walking into this location.... no one greeted me... walked to the product wall... still no one said anything.. there were girls at the front desk and another girl standing between the desk and the salon floor... they neither smiled nor said anything..... I knew what I wanted but would have purchased more if anyone felt like helping me.... Ramsey at gene juarez should go back to school and not be allowed to touch anyone's hair. I try and make the best of situations but she SUCKS! Gene Juarez has a customer satisfaction guarantee and I guarantee you will leaved disappointed if you see Ramsey. She is not talented, horrible at what she does and should be fired.
