Scheduling an appointment was simple (via phone call w/ Veronica). Arrived and was greeted by staff. Veronica assisted me personally, explained paperwork and procedures performed during my visit. Jessica performed my X-Rays, check-up and cleaned my teeth. Jessica was gentle and efficient. If you can select someone to clean teeth ask for Jessica. Had a great experience with all the staff and the Dr. I haven't been to the dentist in a long time and they were so helpful with all the info I needed and with the X-rays and cleaning. Will be my dentist from now on!
I have been able to get fast appointments and don't wait very long in the clinic before being seen. The doctor is friendly and knowledgeable.
I highly recommend Gentle Dental in Brea. The entire staff was great, friendly and professional. Like most people, I don't exactly look forward to going to the Dentist, but my outlook is beginning to change. Thanks again to everyone here for making me feel comfortable and welcome.
A root canal and a crown on a rear molar were the solution to pain/discomfort while chewing. The x-ray clearly showed the amount of decay present. Needless to say, I was frightened. And I was anxious. Very much so. Dr. John Lehman and the referred endodontist, Dr. Bassem Alkatib, could not have been any more professional. Have been very happy with my care at Gentle Dental Brea. Cleanings are thorough and on time. Staff at the office is consistently professional and friendly. Dr. Lehman is truly an expert in his field, and goes the extra mile to make sure your smile and tooth comfort is the best it can be. I went to get a filling and a cleaning done here. The doctor, assistant, and receptionist were all extremely friendly and accommodating - something I find very rare in most dental offices. I appreciated how the doctor kept me well informed on everything he was doing and the reasons why. It really helped set my mind at ease since I typically hate going to the dentist. This office was wonderful and I highly recommend them!!!!
Looking for a new dentist in the area and now I've find one. Perfect for my whole family. Very thorough and pleasant, and was able to get me in on short notice.
My daughter got braces on Friday and I couldn't be happier with the overall experience. From the front office staff to the dental assistants to the dentist and orthodontist, everyone is wonderful!! We had a horrible experience at a previous dental office and we were skeptical about trying a new one but we are glad we chose this office.
