I'll start this off with the positive, for while it lasted, Dr. Feldman was a fantastic dentist, she listened and took care of her patients, and understood the severe anxieties both myself and my spouse had about dental offices. 10/10 would recommend her. Hi, I wrote a 5 star review until I got a call regarding the treatment which ended up overpaying. I was given a call this morning regarding a credit pending on my account. Apparently the crown I got was an "upgraded" hundred dollars and half more. After research lets just say the quality is pure junk. So I initially booked an appointment based on google reviews, big mistake. My wife is a military dependent and they assured me that they were VERY familiar with United Concordia. She goes in for her first appointment and gets an extensive examination, including a very expensive X-ray that she didn't ask for. After words, they gave use the sheet listing everything that she needed which included 2 root canals, 2 crowns and 8 fillings. I don't write too many reviews here, but I know a lot of people are like me and have a tough time with going to the dentist, so I think everyone should know not to go here! They quoted me thousands of dollars of work and thankfully I only took care of the most urgent thing which was having a crown placed. Just this alone was traumatic. I went in with a toothache and 2 months later, still have the same toothache. Dr. Feldman recommended a root canal and guess what. I already had a root canal on that tooth. Need I say anymore?

Dr. Feldman and all the other staff in this office is very professional, nice, honest, and polite. But the manager of the office Laritza Clark is not only non competent, she is shameless, impudent, a gross error. I had paid $4,375 out of pocket. After I received the Explanation of Benefits(EOB) from my insurance I realized that I've been over charged. The manager Laritza had refused to go over my account for over a month. Tried really hard to like this place because of the friendly dentists there, but the customer service experience in the front was just terrible. Like some of the other reviews have mentioned, this place has more of a money over customer satisfaction vibe. The wait time was way too long (about 2hrs) with an appointment the first 2 times I went in. It got better the 3rd time. I always felt pressured to add more things and more appointments. Very inefficient office. Was told the appointment would be hour and 20 minutes, was there for over 2 hours for a routine checkup and cleaning. After I was taken back to the room I had x-rays taken, then waited about 45 minutes before I was seen by the dentist. I could see her walking around and chatting the whole time I was waiting. The dentist was with me for about 2 minutes. Then I had to wait for the hygienist for another 40 minutes. This office is so slow and inefficient. Several times we've made a 7:30 am appointment only to sit in the parking lot waiting for Patty to arrive at 8:00 (30 minutes late). Appointments are frequently double booked, and it is common practice to sit in an exam chair for an hour before the Dentist gets to you. Granted, she (the dentist) does do good work, but the endless waiting, last minute rescheduling, and general lack of organization in the office is maddening.
