Laritza must be DESPERATELY passing out those Starbucks gift cards & bribing her family members in exchange for FAKE positive reviews!! LMAO! NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The dentist injured my wife during a routine filling. We had to go to the ER then later to a specialist. The specialist said, that my wife was extremely lucky that it was not worse. The injury cause my wife's mouth to lock causing severe pain. The specialist said, that the dentist damaged a muscle near the jaw joint. After the dentist injured my wife she denied doing it and blamed it on the orthodontist. Do Not Go Here! I went to this dental office a year ago for a exam and cleaning, first of all the cleaning took about five minutes. They pretty much just brushed my teeth, not a real cleaning. They then told me I need a deep cleaning done because I have gum disease(I've been to a new dentist since then and they told me I DO NOT have gum disease). This is by far the worst dental office I have ever worked with. The billing department overcharged me on many occasions as well as sending me bills after telling me in person that I had payed in full. Communication between departments was completely disorganized. Cap preparation done their was far more painful than root canal or extraction done elsewhere and more costley to boot. After horrible a couple experiences i was URGED by many of their employees to write good reviews for them.

I took my son here for a cleaning because his awesome dentist Dr Aaron Perez at Casa Dental was closed over the entire Christmas break (kid goes to college in another state). Like another reviewer put it so well, they are used car salesmen in white coats. They told my son his filling was broken and they would have to fix it. He called me at work and I told him we would get it fixed by Dr Perez. Of course when I took him to Dr Perez, the filling is not broken and he needs nothing. He had to wait an hour to be seen. THIS PLACE IS AWFUL! DO NOT GO. The sad thing is the dentist(S) are great but the office staff, lack of organization and the inability to honor a timely appointment makes it not worth going. They have kept myself and my family waiting on numerous accounts and never acknowledge their inability to handle things in a professional manner. Also, watch your billing statements. Tried this location for a year and was disappointed everytime. Whether it was waiting 20-40 minutes past my appointment time or having the office manager push services at me I started to realize they were not going to get any better. After having a root canal at this location I ended up getting my roots pulled less than a year later with no real explanation of why the root canal didn't work. Treatments are suggested that are not really needed and services are overcharged. Will not be back to this location or company. Can you... read more

I took my daughter based upon a referral for braces. The orthodontist was very nice. However duing the 1 1/2 yrs of treatment and $3,000 later, I find out from my daughter's dentist that she has 2 cavities. Why wasn't this noticed by the dr. or the assistant helping at the time, an oral surgeon was discussed but that was the last of it. The Dr. tells me there's a referral in my daughters chart that I never received. Bunch of sales men poor job as well my teeth still hurt going somewhere else! These guys are just not comforting they just want your money and you will feel it right away. Just try a different dentist I will never be back unless they need to fix the crap they already did.
