I will say the doctors are staff are caring and very knowledgable. My problem is that there is not a friendly vibe, but rather business and making money vibe. Last year I paid in full (1800) for my sons braces and less than a year later, we had to move out of state. When I asked about a refund of part of the money, they said they would get back to me. Before my first visit of this dental , I checked all reviews about them are good, but when I walked in ,it was the worse experience I never have before. When I check in they told me I have to finish all x-ray before doctor talk to me, at the moment I asked if I can get all copies of my x-ray, they told me is no problem of that, after they took all x-ray budget of my insurance ,finally I see my dentist, they told me my gum have really bad situation, I have to start my treatment right away, I asked can I get a regular clean to... read more
This is the worst dental clinic ever. I will be honest. The doctors are good but appointment is always being changed at the last minutes and you dont even get the notice. My son's appointment was changed three times and they just expect patients to follow it. They changed my wife's appointment without any notice and claimed that they tried to call and sent text which she never received. Never recommand this clinic.
If given the chance I'd give this place 0 stars. Very unprofessional staff. My daughter had an appt at 930 am and they call her at 920 am, just as we are pulling in, to reschedule her appt for noon that same day (they said they were running behind) When we go back at noon, I asked them what time they had opened that day, and they said 730 am. Not so gentle Dental in Escondido ca it tooked 3 guesses performing root canals and Gentle Dental left a broken instrument called round file inside My wife`s tooth, a Month later they admitted to leaving the broken file inside Her tooth Gentle dental offered 500.00 dollars and said sign this 3 forms releasing Us from medical malpractice. and go away and get oral surgery. to get broken file removed. Horrible office staff! Rude, unorganized and the wait time is ridiculous! They can't get my kids names correct, or the correct dental chart. My daughters braces fell off her teeth 3 times! If we weren't in a contract with them, we would have switched long ago.
This place gave me free whitening strips only if I gave them 5 stars this place really only deserves 2 stars at the most

Wow, 45 minute wait time WITH an appointment! Ridiculous. Only to be thrown into another room to wait some more. Office needs to get better organized in terms of confirming insurance prior to the appointment, scheduling appointments in a manner that respects clients time, and being more courteous and professional.

Save your precious time & hard earned money! Completely unethical, unprofessional,disorganized and dishonest operation. My husband went in today for a consultation that we were told would cost $59.00 if he purchased a 1300 dental supplement plan. Instead, they charged $79.00 for a couples plan. When we called within 15 minutes of the charge, they refused to credit it back. The plan coordinator Patty, said, that he circled the section that said couples, which he did NOT do.
