The receptionists, dentist, hygienists are always patient, professional and caring. When they answer the phones you can actually understand what they say. Unlike many office that blurt out the name of the business, their name and "will you hold".....saying it so fast you don't even get to respond. Another small thing that most office often don't take the time to do right, is X-rays...bending...

The Orthodontics Dr. McHenry was very professional and he described every thing, very nice person and caring, and the General dentist Dr. Randa Nasr was very professional too gives us all the information we need and very helpful.

The staff has always been very helpful, and pleasant. I really appreciate, that the dentist will diagnosis the problem, and the staff will explain the cost, before they proceed.

As with most dental offices, everyone is more concerned with up selling their services than with your needs. One hour wait time. Not sure if I'm going back for my next appointment
